Hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism businesses in Bury can now tap into subsidised leadership and management training.
Under the Train to Gain scheme, firms with five to 249 employees can obtain £1,000 per organisation. This will allow them to develop a director or senior manager — which can lead to a qualification, although not mandatory — and benefit from an in-depth skills analysis.
The training includes programmes from specialist training company Stonebow, the training division of People 1st, the sector skills council for hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism.
