THE latest winner of the Made in Bury £2,000 draw is Jeremy Hutton, from Greater Manchester Police, with ticket number 21437.

He is the second winner from Greater Manchester Police as the first winner was back in July 2019.

Debi surprised Jeremy with the winning phone call on Wednesday afternoon and when told he was the £2,000 winner, he said that he would have to sit down.

He was absolutely delighted to win and said he was in the same office as Adele Schofield, who was the first winner from Greater Manchester Police, and has been playing in the draw since then.

Debi put Jeremy on the spot, and when asked what he would be spending the money on, he said he would like to treat himself and his family. Jeremy’s family will be thrilled with that.

Jeremy is part of the administration department for Greater Manchester Police.

He has been with the police for over 40 years, starting out as a police officer and then being in his current role as an operational support officer since 2012.

It is great to have the employees of Greater Manchester Police in the Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw and the Made in Bury Team really value their support.

Congratulations again Jeremy, enjoy spending your £2,000.

The draw is a not-for-profit initiative and costs just £2 a week to enter. The funds raised from the draw go towards supporting start-up businesses in Bury.
