GREATER Manchester Police have warned residents in Unsworth following reports of attempted break-ins.
Issuing the warning on their Facebook page, GMP Bury advised people to ensure they remain vigilant and keep their valuables safe.
They said: "Please can residents be vigilant and make sure windows and doors are locked on an evening and your car keys are put away securely, especially as darker nights are approaching.
"If you have any information regarding the attempt break-ins, please ring Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or Greater Manchester Police on 101."
