Bolton NHS Foundation Trust expects to have to have vaccinated 3,000 of its staff by the end of this week.
Staff at the hospital started receiving the vaccine at the end of December last year to protect their staff on the frontline from coronavirus.
The trust took a phased approach to the internal vaccine rollout, starting with people who are at a higher risk based on their Covid risk assessments.
Those who were clinically extremely vulnerable, are from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethic community or who work in a higher risk area have been invited directly to take up an appointment.
The trust has now announced that it expects to have vaccinated at least 3,000 of its staff by the end of this week.
A Bolton NHS Foundation Trust spokesman, said: "By the end of this week we’re expecting to have delivered the vaccine to 3000 staff.
"Big thank you to the vaccine team that have done such an amazing job delivering the first Covid-19 vaccines.
"One step closer to the things we love and the beginning of the end of this pandemic."
The trust's medical director, Dr Francis Andrews, added at the start of staff vaccinations: "It’s really important that we protect our staff so that when they are coming into contact with our patients and their families, they are reducing the risk of the virus from spreading."
