A leading security services provider has been going from strength to strength in recent months, with investment in many areas of the business.

KCS, an award-winning security firm with headquarters in Bolton, has seen a year of new client growth and have upgraded their mobile patrol service.

The business have been offering a full range of security services to many of the country's leading brands for over two decades, and they haven't let a global pandemic get in the way of their growth.

Unlike many other companies, they haven't had to cut back on their services thanks to a continuous demand in the security industry.

As part of this, they have enhanced and upgraded their current fleet of vehicles, to ensure they can better serve their clients and also become more environmentally friendly.

Operations Director Paul Hayes said: “Our vehicle selection criteria covered more than cost and image; efficiency, economy and reliability are more important factors for our company.

"Our ethos is built around providing a quality and professional service which needs to be conveyed through the equipment we use.”

The company has been continually improving all facets of its performance.

As well additional staff training, there has been investment in communication, IT and technology and as part of this process the company evaluated its current vehicle fleet.

The result of this review led the management to invest in a fleet of the star of the supermini class, the new and improved Renault Clio Diesel.

This state-of-the-art vehicle offers improved reliability and excellent fuel efficiency, which is good for not only KCS, their clients but also the environment.

Managing Director Phil Thompson said:“These new vehicles will improve the efficiency of our response and improve on our already first-class customer service but will also help maintain our excellent safety record”.
