A MAN has been fined £25 after he assaulted a woman in Bolton on April 3.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Daniel Barnes, aged 32, of Kingthorpe Gardens, Little Lever, pleaded guilty to committing the offence.
As well as the fine, he was ordered to participate in 33 days of the Building Better Relationships programme and undertake seven days of rehabilitation activities.
Barnes must also pay £85 towards prosecution costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
