A MAN was injured after a crash involving a car and a moped this morning.
The vehicles collided in Higher Lane (A665) in Besses o'th' Barn at around 7.15am.
A 45-year-old man who had been riding the moped suffered "minor injuries" and was taken to the walk-in centre in North Manchester.
Following the incident Higer Lane was was temporarily blocked off before reopening at around 8am.
No one has been arrested following the incident but police say enquiries are ongoing.
