AFTER 16 years in the game Greater Manchester’s resident wrestling company is showing no signs of slowing down.

In the wake of its mammoth 15th anniversary extravaganza FutureShock is returning to the Longfield Suite in Prestwich for another night of hard hitting, heart stopping, high flying action at Underground 35.

With a night of non-stop action teed up. the main event promises to be bruising bout and clash of styles, as two of the most popular men in FutureShock battle it out over its richest prize.

In a contest that guaranteed to have everyone on the edge of their seats, newly crowned Unified Champion the Turkish Wolf, Soner Dursun, will defend both the FutureShock Heavyweight and Adrenaline Championships for the first time in company history.

He will square off against a challenger he’s more than familiar with in heavyweight bruiser, Henry Grodd.

Underground 35 will also host the first round matches of the 2019 men’s and women’s Legacy Tournament including a testing encounter between Radcliffe’s own Hollie Barlow — who has been making waves in the FutureShock scene — and Taonga.

While in the men’s Legacy match Tommy Thelwell will face Jacob North.

But the fun doesn’t end there as dynamic tag team The Young Guns will face off against the powerhouse combo known as Sinergy, the cocky J.J. Webb goes up against WWE UK’s Tyson T-Bone and there will be so much more on the night.

FutureShock owner Chris Brooker said: “Soner Dursun is evolving into one of the best in the country and Henry Grodd has such an amazing connection with the fans.

“The fact that they’re so different in the ring is what makes this match so exciting and unpredictable. It’s speed versus power, a classic battle.

“The whole night is loaded with potential show stealers. We’ve a fantastic roster of rising stars and grizzled veterans, all eager to make their mark.”

Earlier this year FutureShock celebrate a huge milestone hosting a huge birthday bash with a bang as WWE superstar and Manchester lad ‘Gentleman’ Jack Gallagher returned to where his wrestling journey began to compete for one night only.

The party also saw Soner Dursun add the Adrenaline Championship to his Heavyweight title in a riotous ruckus with Joey Hayes.

The Live British Pro Wrestling: FutureShock Underground 35 will take place from 6pm on Saturday, October 26, with doors open from 5pm.

Tickets are priced £14 for adults, £10 for under 14s, pensioners and students; and £35 for a family tickets. More details from www.FutureShockWrestling.com
