A DRIVER has been arrested after a crash involving five vehicles.
Police and fire crews were called to a residential street in Great Lever last night.
A car is believed to have collided with four parked vehicles in Woodgate Street.
The Bolton News has contacted Greater Manchester Police.
Firefighters from Bolton Central Fire Station were called to the scene at about 8.30pm.
Darren Collier, watch manager, said: "We were called to make one of the vehicles safe.
"We disconnected the battery of one of the vehicles so that there was no chance of a fire. We also checked for hazards such as petrol or diesel having leaked onto the road, but there were none."
He added: "Some of the parked cars were scuffed and scraped, while others had sustained damage to their doors.
"One car was very badly damaged at the front end."
