CHILDREN can enjoy plenty of drama this half-term.

The Met in Bury has three exciting shows lined up for youngsters.

Theatre for kids kicks off with The Selfish Giant on Tuesday, (February 19), which is about the tale of an unusual friendship, and how even the grumpiest giant's heart can melt when Spring finally comes.

Suitable for ages three and over, the show takes to the stage at 11am.

Morgan and West's Utterly Spiffing Spectacular Magic Show for Kids and "childish grown-ups". The time travelling magicians Morgan and West present a jaw dropping, heart stopping, brain busting, opinion adjusting, death defying, mind frying, spirit lifting, paradigm shifting, outlook changing, furniture rearranging magic extravaganza! It is suitable for children aged five and over and takes place on Wednesday (February 20) at 2pm.

The two will be back in the evening with their Parlour Tricks. Morgan and West will be staging an unforgettable evening of magic, mystery, and the unexplainable.

The show takes place at 7.30pm and is great for those aged seven and over.
