Kay Brow in Ramsbottom
AN elderly woman has been taken to hospital after a two-car crash in Ramsbottom.
The incident, involving a Toyota Aygo and a BMW, happened in Kay Brow shortly before 2.50pm this afternoon.
Police and ambulance were called to the scene, and the woman was taken to hospital.
It is not known how serious her injuries are.
A picture posted on social media showed the damage to the Toyota, which had landed with its back end on top of a wall at the junction with Bolton Street.
