THE case of four men accused of conspiracy to murder father-of-two John Louden has been adjourned.
Mr Louden, aged 50, was shot in the stomach outside the bedroom at his home in Glebelands Road, Prestwich, by armed intruders who burst into his detached house on the evening of November 27.
Today, Judge Timothy Clayson, the honorary recorder of Bolton, continued his summing up of evidence heard before the court following a five week trial.
The case will reconvene tomorrow when it is that Judge Clayson will complete his summary.
