A PLAN has gone in to convert a former Radcliffe chip shop into a house.
The plan submitted to Bolton Council, is for a change of use of the ground floor of 29 Crompton Road, Stoneclough, to residential.
The applicant, Roy Greenhalgh, said the former chip/kebab shop is a run down business in an end of terrace premises in a residential area.
He explains in his application that as well as applying for the change of use of the ground floor to residential, he wants permission to convert the two bedrooms on the first floor into three bedrooms and a bathroom.
