THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WALSHAW ROAD / ELTON FOLD CHASE, BURY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-

Walshaw Rd, Bury - south side from a point 15m west of the westerly kerbline of Elton Fold Chase to a point 17m east of the easterly kerbline of Elton Fold Chase

- south side from a point 15m west of the westerly kerbline of Elton Fold Chase to a point 17m east of the easterly kerbline of Elton Fold Chase

Elton Fold Chase, Bury - west side from the southerly kerbline of Walshaw Rd for a distance of 10m in a southerly direction AND East side from the southerly kerbline of Walshaw Rd for a distance of 15m in a southerly direction Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. Copies of these may be requested by email (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures) by emailing

traffic@bury.gov.uk

. All representations whether in support or objecting to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury, BL9 OEJ or preferably by email to

trafnc@bury.gov.uk
