TICKETS are now on sale for a charity comedy night raising funds to keep children smiling while in hospital.
MedEquip4Kids, which is based in Bury New Road, Prestwich, is hosting its annual comedy night on April 8 at Opus Bar, in Manchester's Printworks, to prove laughter is one of the best forms of medicine.
Featuring stand-up comedians Steve Shanyaski, Jonathan Mayor, Dominic Woodward and David Longley, the event will be raising money for the Prestwich charity's Clown Doctor project.

Clown Doctors are professional artists who visit the young patients at Booth Hall Children's Hospital and the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital on a weekly basis entertaining them at their bedside with magic tricks, balloons, jokes and fun
The comedy night will start at 7.30pm with tickets now on sale for £7.50 or for £5 for those with a student NUS card.
