SCENE: Heavy traffic at junction 17 of the M60
THERE are long delays on the M60 this morning after a van broke down on the carriageway.
Lane one of four is clockwise and there is heavy traffic at junction 17 for Bury New Road, Whitefield.
The incident is causing severe delays on surrounding roads.
