A TAXI driver was trapped in his car after a collision with another vehicle in Prestwich.
Police and an ambulance were called after a Honda taxi and an Audi collided in Bury New Road at 5.50pm on Tuesday.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said that the taxi driver was trapped in his car due to the airbags and a bollard.
Traffic is moving slowly following the collision.
The extent of the taxi drivers injuries are not yet known.
