FOALS, Bastille, London Grammar, Carl Cox and Disclosure are among the acts entertaining revellers at day two of the Parklife Weekender.

Sunday's festival was met with a mix of sunshine and showers as music fans returned to Heaton Park.

A huge crowd gathered to watch Money on My Mind singer Sam Smith performing on the main stage.

Also on the line-up throughout the day were Public Enemy, Erol Alkan, Skream, Clean Bandit and Moderat.

Last night some festival-goers reported problems leaving the site prompting organisers to post a statement on their Facebook page which read: "Due to a small minority of festival goers who broke down fence lines around the Parklife Express bus station this caused massive safety issues which led to the bus operation being suspended for some time. Parklife would like to apologise for the delays that caused for people leaving the festival. Meetings have taken place with Greater Manchester Police and other agencies to ensure that this should not occur today. Please respect our security."
