A 23-year-old man arrested after a shooting in Salford has been bailed pending further inquiries.
Police were called to Amersham Street, Pendleton, at 6.30pm on December 20, to a report that a man had been shot in the leg.
The 39-year-old was taken to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The 23-year-old has been bailed until May 27.
