Fitness group gets funding boost

Comments (0)OLDER women living on the Hillock Estate in Whitefield will soon be benefiting from health and keep-fit sessions after organisers got a cash boost.
At a meeting on November 18, Whitefield and Unsworth Local Area Partnership’s committee awarded them £1,500 to pay for an instructor and venue hire. Details of the group meetings will be announced in the coming weeks.
