Site visit for derelict pub

A proposed £3 million residential development in Prestwich has been put on ice for one month.
Members of Bury’s planning committee are to carry out a site visit before making a decision on the derelict Rainsough Brew pub, hours before their next meeting at Bury Town Hall on July 22.
Property developer Massoud Shafa wants to demolish the pub and build 14 apartments in its place.
