A RETIRED man with a new-found creative hobby will see a collection of his works go on display at Radcliffe Library.
Radcliffe born and bred Denis Haslam has recently retired and picked up painting just a few years ago.
One of his favourite works is “Girl with a Pearl Earring” by the Dutch master Johannes Vermeer.
A total of 12 pieces of Mr Haslam's work, in acrylic and watercolour on canvas and wood, will go on show for the next month.
To view the paintings, visit Radcliffe Library during opening hours, between 10am and 4.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, between 12.30pm and 7pm on Thursday, and between 9.30am and 1pm on Saturday.
