A MOTORIST has been fined £660 by magistrates after he was caught driving without a licence or insurance.
The case against Barry Duddy, aged 39, of Abbey Close, Radcliffe, was proved at Manchester Magistrates’ Court under the single justice procedure.
He had been caught using a Renault Megane on Ainsworth Road on March 15.
In addition to the fine Duddy was banned from holding a driving licence for six months and was ordered to pay a total of £151 in costs and charges.
