ANIMAL carcasses have spilled out on to a motorway carriageway.
Two lanes have been shut after an accident involving two lorries and a car on the M60 anticlockwise between junction 17 A56 Prestwich/ Whitefield and J16 A666 Pendlebury.
Lanes one and two of the four are closed and traffic reports state that there has been a spillage of animal carcasses from one of the lorries.
Highways England tweeted that specialist clean up team was now at the scene.
Traffic is said to be moving slowly.
