A MAN was cut from a car after a three-car crash in Bury on Monday.
Fire engines from Bury and Whitefield and Police were called to Salford Street at 1pm where a black Ford Fiesta, red Vauxhall Astra and a black Audi S8 were involved in a collision.
A specialist rescue team from Ashton were also called to the scene and had to cut the man from a vehicle before he could be taken to hospital by ambulance.
Crews were on the scene for one hour and 20 minutes.
A police spokesman said: "There was damage to the cars although there were no injuries.
"The man had to be extracted from the car as a precautionary measure and taken to hospital by an ambulance."
