A MAN has been charged in connection with a fire in Bury.
Firefighters were called to a house in Connaught Street at about 7.30pm on Monday to reports of a fire in a bathroom.
No-one was in the house at the time.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said a 59-year-old man has been charged with arson with intent to danger life.
