A SUCCESSFUL author will be signing copies of his crime thriller this weekend in Bury - the setting of his novel.
Ian Jackson, author of 'Dead Charming', will be signing books at Waterstones in the Mill Gate centre on Saturday (April 18) from 2pm.
The novel is described as a fast-paced thriller set in north Manchester, which climbed rapidly up the Amazon rankings, gaining 60,000 places within the first 48 hours, and has been shortlisted for several national awards .
Ian said he was "particularly excited" to be in Bury as the story is based in and around the area, and is keen to meet aspiring authors who have not yet had their work published.
