THREE men have been charged as part of an investigation into drug trafficking.
Neil Strong and Paul Cuthbert, both aged 32 and of Harris Drive, Whitefield, and Damian Vose, aged 38, of Woodvale Road, Radcliffe, were charged with conspiracy to supply amphetamine.
A 37-year-old woman was also arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.
Officers from the Serious Organised Crime Agency made the arrests after 100 litres of methanol and 50 litres of sulphuric acid were seized from a property in Woodvale Road.
The chemicals can be used in the production of amphetamine.
A house in Spain was also searched by police as part of the investigation.
Strong, Cuthbert and Vose will appear at Manchester Crown Court on Tuesday, October 22 for a plea and case management hearing.
