UP to 20 homes have been evacuated in Radcliffe Road due to a major fire involving a gas canister.
Traffic has been stopped in both directions and police have erected a 50 metre cordon around the blaze between Whitefield Road and Manchester Road and are assisting in the evacuation of nearby residents.
