A 15-year-old girl missing from her home in Radcliffe has been found.

Police were concerned for Nicole Graham, who was last seen at her home in Seddon Avenue at 10.30pm on Saturday, October 20.

She has a heart condition and it was thought she did not have any medication with her.

Nicole was found on Saturday and was described as being "safe and well".

worrying she went missing on the 20th has a heart condition why wait almost a week to post info about it.
i have copied the link and posted it on my facebook and other sites
with gods help and those around she found safe and well
