BusinessLodge Bury has been recognised for excellence in customer service.

It beat 12 other office space providers to scoop the prize, which was announced at a sparkling Gala Dinner at The Landmark Hotel in London last week.

A highlight of the industry calendar, the FlexSA (Flexible Space Association) Awards will bring together the flexible workspace industry for an evening of celebration and networking.

Both the Bury and Stoke-on-Trent sites have been recognised for their Excellence in Customer Service.

The award recognises teams who work in flexible workspace locations, or in a company which supports the flexible workspace industry, delivering an excellent service to all customers.

Judges of the Awards include a number of esteemed industry professionals.

Kate Holt, managing director at BusinessLodge said: “We were thrilled just to receive two shortlisting’s for the Customer service Awards, and so it’s a dream come true to be named winners for both sites.

“We take Customer Service extremely seriously and have a community-focused approach so whether you are a one-man band or 120-strong team, we offer a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

“We’re told time and again that both locations are professional, friendly working environments and this is testament to the approach we’re taking.

“We’d like to extend a huge thank you to both our team and our clients for making this possible.”

Freya Cross, Chairman of the Flexible Space Association’s Board, said: “The Flexible Space Association Awards are a real celebration of our industry.

“After a challenging couple of years, it was wonderful to be able to celebrate our successes together.

“As a member of the judging panel, I had the privilege of reading through the dozens of award entries, and reaching a decision was a hard task for every category.”
