A NEW cafe discussing death is opening in Bury.

The Bury South Death Café will offer group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes.

The group is open to anyone and promises to give a warm welcome, a listening ear and fun with a cup of tea and cake.

However it is not a grief support or counselling session.

The café’s launch follows the success of The Radcliffe Death Café which was created earlier this year.

The Bury South Death Cafe meets on the second Thursday of every month from 11.30am to 1pm at The Welcome Inn in Bury Old Road, Prestwich.
