THE date has been set for the inquest into the death of a woman who was found hanged after absconding from a mental health ward.
Sharlene Godding, of Deepdale Road in Breightmet, was found in the kitchen on Wednesday, March 1, after absconding from the Royal Bolton Hospital on Monday, February 27.
Paramedics were called, and Miss Godding, aged 27, was pronounced dead, an earlier hearing at Bolton Coroner’s Court was told.
At a pre-inquest review at the same court, senior coroner Jennifer Leeming set the inquest date for Thursday April 5, expected to conclude on Friday April 13.
