SK Performance Cars in Bridgeman Street, Great Lever
A DIRECTOR of a high performance vehicle dealership has denied stealing a £35,000 car.
Shan Fiaz, who runs SK Performance Cars in Bridgeman Street, Great Lever, Bolton, appeared at Bolton Magistrates' Court accused of theft.
It is alleged he stole a 2013-reg Mercedes C63 between May 29 and October 24.
Fiaz, of Wentworth Avenue, Whitefield, denied the offence on Tuesday and the court ordered a jury trial at Bolton Crown Court.
The 26-year-old was granted unconditional bail until the next hearing on December 4.
