POLICE closed a main road between Bury and Radcliffe after a crash involving a car and a scooter.
Parkhills Road, which turns into Radcliffe Road, was partially closed near the Derby High School following the smash, which occurred just after 3pm.
The driver of the black and silver scooter was taken to hospital by paramedics, but was only believed to have minor injuries.
The driver of the other car involved in the collision, a blue Vauxhall Corsa, was uninjured.
Traffic is now moving again.
