PHILLIPS Stephen Passed away on the 13th March 2024 aged 76 years. Devoted husband to Susan, loving dad to Richard and Lloyd and a much loved grandad, father-in-law and friend to many. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 27th March, East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 2:30pm. Donations in lieu of flowers to Bury Hospice.
