MUNRO Charles (Charlie) The family of the late Charlie would like to thank everyone for the cards of condolence, messages of sympathy and donations they have received for The Stroke Association following their sad loss. Special thanks to all at Oak Lodge Nursing Home, the staff on Ward 5 and Ward 20 at Fairfield General Hospital, Dr Lam and Dr Ajay for the care they gave to Charlie. These thanks are extended Gemma Rooke the celebrant and Silletts Funeral Service for their kindness and help.
