EVANS Susan 06/12/1958 - 16/10/2022 Steven and the family would like to say a personal thank you to the Radcliffe District Nurses, Out of Hours District Nurses, Special Palliative Care Team and Bury Hospice Outreach Team for their outstanding care given to Susan during her short illness. We would also like to thank Spring Lane Surgery and a special thank you to Heidi at Paul Williams and Claire Harrison for the wonderful Service
