CANADIAN urban roots musician Annabelle Chvostek will bring her fiercely rocky brand of acoustica to The Met, tomorrow.
Chvostek spent time with the band Wailin’ Jennies, and has released six solo albums, all to great acclaim.
Her new album Resilience was nominated for Contemporary Album of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards.
In addition to pursuing her solo music career, Annabelle continues to work in a variety of other projects including a new media performance piece "The Automated Prayer Machine" and composing music for dance companies.
The show starts at 8pm. Tickets cost £10, or £8 for concessions. To book, visit themet.biz or ring 0161 761 2216.
