DEVELOPER Taylor Wimpey has revealed that its Crompton Village Spinning Green development has now sold more than 40 per cent of the homes available.

Since launching in November 2014, the development has been incredibly popular amongst all types of buyers, with the homebuilder crediting its short distance from Bolton town centre and the excellent choice of primary and secondary schools in the area, for its great success.

Chloe Dunn, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Manchester, said: “The development has formed such a wonderful community and, as we have a wide range of properties still available, there are plenty of options for people to progress on the property ladder.”

The government-backed Help to Buy scheme enables eligible buyers to secure a home at Spinning Green with just a five per cent deposit.

While with Easymover, Taylor Wimpey helps the customer to sell their current home, managing the whole sales process, and even covering the cost of the estate agent fees.

Chloe added: “The schemes we have available are great, as not only do they make it much easier for buyers to move home, they also help to cut the cost of moving significantly, allowing for more money to be spent on the luxuries such as technology and furnishings.” She added: “Due to the fantastic location and friendly community, we would encourage anyone interested in the homes at Spinning Green to get in touch with the team as soon as possible to find out more.”
