WILLIAM JOHNSON M.B.E. Mrs. Joyce Johnson and family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours, former work and councillor colleagues, officers of Bury Metropolitan Borough, Governors and staff of Tottington High and Primary Schools for the flowers, cards, messages of condolence and donations to the Bury Hospice, which have given great comfort to the whole family. A special thanks to Reverend Hugh Bearn for his support and friendship, which culminated in the wonderfully uplifting Service of Celebration of Bill's life. Grateful thanks to the doctors and staff of Tottington Medical Practice, Doctor Raw and the Parkinson's Team, the staff of Ward 20 Fairfield General Hospital, Walshaw Hall, district nurses, carers of Care Connect, for their dedicated care and to Unsworth's Funeral Directors for their professional and dignified care.
