RAFFERTY Patrick (Pat) 26.06.1947 - 19.04.2024 Sadly passed away on Friday 19th April 2024, peacefully at Fairfield General Hospital, aged 76 yrs. Beloved husband of Dorothy, loving dad, grandad, great grandad, brother, uncle and friend. The funeral service and committal will take place at Radcliffe Crematorium on Friday 3rd May at 3.30pm.
